  • How does it work?

    El sistema consta de avisadores inalámbricos (trnasmisores) y relojes (receptores), adicionalmente se puede complementar con pantallas de LED fijas, soporte de menú, amplificador de señal, software de gestión, etc. Cuando el cliente o usuario desea llamar al personal de servicio (camarero, enfermera, cuidadora, asistente) pulsa el avisador (transmisor), éste emite una señal inalámbrica que es recibida por el reloj (receptor) indicando el número de avisador (mesa, habitación, zona…) y el tipo de servicio. Una vez que el cliente o usuario es atendido se procede a la cancelación de llamada en el sistema.

  • For how many receivers can a watch be used?

    The capacity of the receivers is for 999 transmitters but that will depend on the capacity of the person using the watch.

  • Can a button be programmed to two or more clocks?

    El sistema se puede programar según las necesidades del usuario. El sistema es sencillo y fácil de programar, se pueden recibir los avisos en el receptor según como se haya realizado la configuración.

  • Where is the central office located?

    We are in Barcelona, but we serve all of Spain and Europe.

  • On what frequency does the system work?

    The Fast Botton system works at a frequency of 433.92 MHz /- 75k and a sensitivity of 85dB

  • How long is the guarantee?

    All components have a manufacturing warranty of 24 months. In the case of a manufacturing defect, the equipment will be replaced within a period of less than 3 business days from receipt of the defective equipment.

  • How far is the system?

    Los avisadores tienen un alcance de entre 100 a 200 metros en espacios abiertos, además se puede incrementar el rango de trabajo agregando un amplificador de señal al sistema el cual incrementara la señal por 5 veces.

  • Can this system be integrated with any other sales system?

    No, the Fast Botton system works independently.

  • How many calls can it store in memory?

    The receiver (clock) can store up to 10 warnings in the memory, these warnings will be deleted when they are canceled either in the button (CANCEL) or from the receiver, key ENT.

  • How do the watches recharge?

    For each watch receiver you will receive a charger, similar to a mobile phone with a micro USB port.

  • What happens if liquid spills on the advertisers?

    Nothing happens, the warning devices are water resistant. They also withstand rain and inclement weather.

  • Can advertisers and watches be added later?

    Yes, all the components are interchangeable and expandable.

  • What warning system do the watches have?

    The watches in addition to screen lighting, have sound system, vibration or both.

  • Does the system require an Internet connection?

    No, the equipment works based on frequencies, no additional connection is needed.

  • What kind of payment methods do you accept?

    Customers with a home address in Spain can pay for the products by bank transfer or request a cash on delivery or PayPal where an additional + 3% will be charged.
