On the occasion of the application as of May 25, 2018, of the new General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (RGPDUE) 2016/679 - hereinafter, AMFB Products and Services SL (Fast Botton) has updated its Policy of Privacy, which govern the treatment of your data in relation to Fast Botton.

AMFB Products and Services SL company domiciled in Spain with the purpose of processing your personal data are:
- Management of the contractual relationship between you and Fast Botton.

We treat your personal data based on:
  • Your consent (for sending communications)
  • The need for the treatment for the execution of the contract subscribed by you
Your data will be transferred to the Administration (Social Security or Tax Agency) when necessary for reasons of the contract signed. Fast Botton will not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Our service providers can access their personal data, located inside and outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Those located outside the EEA are covered by the Privacy Shield (when they are in the US) and covered by the RGPD as of May 25, 2018.

• Service providers. Those who help us provide accounting, labor, IT services, as platform providers, hosting services, maintenance and support in our databases, as well as in our software and applications that may contain data about you.

RIGHTS
  • Right of information. You have the right to obtain clear, transparent, and easy-to-understand information about how we use your personal information and about your rights. We provide you with this information in this Policy.
  • Right of access. You have the right to access the personal information we have about you. To exercise this right, contact us by any of the means indicated below.
  • Right of rectification. You have the right to have your personal information rectified when it is inaccurate or has ceased to be valid or to have it completed when it is incomplete. To exercise this right, contact us by any of the means indicated below. If you have an account, it may be easier to correct yourself by modifying your profile.
  • Right of withdrawal / Right to forget. In certain cases, you have the right to have your personal data deleted or deleted. • That the interested party challenges the accuracy of the personal data, during the period that allows the person responsible to verify the accuracy of the same;
• That the treatment is illegal and the interested party opposes the deletion of personal data and requests instead the limitation of its use;
• That the person responsible no longer needs personal data for the purposes of the treatment, but the interested party needs them for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims;
• That the interested party has opposed the treatment under article 21, paragraph 1, while verifying if the legitimate reasons of the responsible party prevail over those of the interested party.
